After two albums released on the NEUKLANG label (SCHWAB SORO - NCD4090, VOLONS ! - NCD4150), double bassist Raphaël Schwab and saxophonist Julien Soro are recording a live concert in the studio for the first time.

For this studio concert, the duo decided not only to play pieces from their previous albums, but also to reinterpret jazz standards and pieces by great masters (Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, Fats Waller). The result is an energy that is only possible in a concert situation. Schwab and Soro have been playing the standards since their beginnings as a duo and make these pieces their own in an unusual combination - double bass and saxophone.
