Consumer Dispute Resolution

Information on Consumer Dispute Resolution according to § 36 VSBG:

We strive to resolve any disagreements arising from consumer contracts out of court. Therefore, we are prepared to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before the General Consumer Arbitration Board of the Center for Mediation e.V. (www.verbraucher-schlichter.de), provided that the consumer has previously asserted the disputed claim against us and it does not involve a dispute arising from an educational offering. Legal recourse is, of course, always available to consumers.
