The 45-member Landespolizeiorchester Brandenburg, under the direction of Christian Köhler, presents an entertaining album with BLUE MOON, showcasing the orchestra's versatility and professionalism once again.

This program was first performed as part of a concert at the Nikolaisaal in April 2012 and was met with standing ovations. Thus, this production fully meets the audience's desires.

The program features classics from the "Golden Era" such as Blue Moon and Summertime, as well as pop-orchestral pieces like "Starlight Express" and Innuendo by the rock group Queen.

With Ines Agnes Krautwurst, the Landespolizeiorchester has not only recorded a large part of this CD but has also collaborated on several successful concerts in the past. She is an exceptional talent and a true marvel of the jazz genre.
