The Brandenburg State Police Orchestra is the professional wind orchestra of the police in the state of Brandenburg. With over 40 musicians, together with the orchestra leader Christian Köhler and his deputy Jürgen Bludowsky, they ensure that the over 200 performances per year become a cultural and educational experience for everyone.
The State Police Orchestra, which stands up to comparison with other leading orchestras in Germany, is based in the state capital. However, it is the orchestra of all Brandenburg residents - regardless of age or place of residence - and is therefore just as present in all parts of the state as it is in Potsdam.
