Thomas Langer is a professional guitarist, composer, and lecturer for guitar and ensemble playing. He was born in 1967 and hails from Rodgau near Frankfurt, where he began playing the guitar in 1978. Influenced by artists such as The Beatles, Eric Clapton, Pat Metheny, The Who, Bill Evans, Mark Knopfler, Joe Pass, and Toots Thielemans, he continues to find inspiration in the fusion of songs, grooves, and good melodies. Supplemented by improvisation, interaction, and energetic collaboration with other musicians, he creates unique band projects.
