Formed in the fall of 2015, Anna Hauss (vocals), Robert Wienröder (piano, keys), Raphael Seidel (bass), and Jakob Hegner (drums) – four outstanding young music students from three cities (Leipzig, Berlin, and Dresden) – came together to create Still in the Woods. What binds them is an unwavering love for music itself and an almost intuitive musical understanding among them. Free-spirited, experimental, open to the vast variety of musical styles, and away from any genre constraints, the four exceptional musicians immediately find the 'right tone,' a shared, unmistakable language that ignites the spark.
