Richie Beirach and Gregor Hübner as congenial musical partners.

During our studio concert on October 6th, we had the jazz piano legend Richie Beirach with his quartet featuring Gregor Hübner (violin), Veit Hübner (double bass), and Mickey Kersting (drums) as guests. Our executive sound engineer Johannes Wohlleben aptly described the musical direction of the ensemble as "bebop with violin." It's worth noting that Bauer Studios has a long-standing connection with all these musicians. Richie Beirach has recorded over 30 albums at the studio over 40 years. The Hübner brothers and Mickey Kersting, who hail from the region, have also been associated with Bauer for more than 20 years.
