The duo Kriegbaum.Breuer has been active for 15 years and, in addition to the classical-romantic repertoire, focuses on contemporary chamber music and classical modernism. During their studies, they discovered a shared passion for chamber music, which brought them together.
For them, playing in a duo is about communication, creating relationships, exploring tensions, and developing creative solutions. Emphasizing balance and refined sound coordination, their approach values both the collective interplay and each instrument individually. Kriegbaum and Breuer regularly perform in the greater Stuttgart area, participating in events such as the International Holzgerlingen Piano Weekend or the Dätzinger Castle Concerts.
